Thirty London galleries. Six questions. Twenty minutes on Zoom. No pitch, no follow-up sales.

Contributors receive a two-page anonymised summary of what other London primary-market galleries said about the same six questions. The summary updates as the research grows toward thirty galleries; you receive every revision.

AI consulting and education for the art world. Listen first, advise second.

What Modern Way is doing

Modern Way is a small consultancy advising independent galleries on where AI genuinely helps, and where it does not. The work starts with conversations — short, specific, with people who actually run the room.

We pair advisory with hands-on education: workshops, playbooks and one-to-one coaching for gallery teams. The aim is fluent, safe use of AI inside the way galleries already work — exhibition run-ups, artist relationships, fair logistics, waiting lists. We do not build software, and we do not sell tools.
