The workshop
A pilot workshop for your gallery team.
Your team doing the exhibition run-up, collector correspondence and fair preparation faster, without anything going out that should not.
Two 90-minute sessions for the director and up to five staff, at your gallery. Before the sessions, a 30-minute call so the work uses your systems and your real tasks, not generic examples.
Format
- A 30-minute call to agree goals and the platforms you use.
- Session one: the foundations, safe use, and the first routines applied to live gallery work.
- Session two: building on what stuck, with the team's own correspondence, exhibition and fair tasks.
What you leave with
- A working set of prompts and routines for the exhibition run-up, artist and collector correspondence, and fair preparation.
- A clear view of what AI should and should not touch in your gallery.
- Staff who can use it without supervision.
Fee
£1,200 for the pilot. Longer engagements are priced separately.
